Colin & Jackie
Colin and Jackie have owned and run CJ Gourmet Butchers since its inception. Previously located at Basil’s fine foods in Mindarie and known as Mindarie Gourmet Butchers, they then branched out on their own due to overwhelming support and a passionate group of loyal customers.
As a husband and wife team, they live and breathe CJ’s and their passion shines through in their quality product and friendly team, much loved by their customers.
Jaimie
Jaimie likes pina coladas, is always in love with rain, and is definitely into yoga & has a full brain. She loves nature & being in nature, flowing with the ocean & long journeys through the bush. Animals and plants bring her so much joy. She is spirited by yoga & deeply passionate about the connection we share with the planet as well as ourselves & each other.
For Jaimie, food is medicine & she treats it as such.
Knowing she works with an incredible team who are filled with love, integrity & so much compassion for their communities, families & friends is awesome, she feels it in everything they do. She also believes in magic.

Jaeyeon
Jaeyeon is a passionate chef and loves creating all of the wonderful flavours and daily meals you have come to love at CJ’s. He really does love his job, and says “Chef and Butchering are both fun and enjoyable for me. I love being creative as this gives me a great outlet for my creativity and ideas. I enjoy working at CJ’s Gourmet Butchers and I am very grateful.”
Deirdre
Deirdre has worked in the meat industry and butchers shops for over 20 years and is a wonderful addition to our team. She really enjoys serving and chatting with the customers and feels a part of the CJ’s family. “ CJ’s is such a friendly business and everyone works well together and loves what they do”.
Deirdre loves a good joke and talking about football (particularly if you are a Dockers fan). Come in and say Hi.
