At CJ’s Gourmet Meats, we take pride in delivering premium quality meat to your door. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
❄️ Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law if:
Your order arrives damaged or spoiled
You receive the wrong items
The product is not of acceptable quality
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
Your order number
Photos of the affected items
A brief description of the issue

🚫 What We Can’t Refund or Replace
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind after ordering
Incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer
Orders left unattended that spoil (unless pre-arranged)
Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery

Once we assess and approve your request, we will:
Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
Send a replacement, or
Provide store credit for future orders
We’ll confirm the outcome within 3 business days.
đźšš Delivery Issues
If courier delays result in spoiled or missing goods, we’ll investigate and offer a fair resolution where applicable.
